Updated over 4 weeks ago

Commenting turns your videos into interactive, team-driven conversations that lead to better results.

Inviting colleagues

After generating a video from your project, click the Invite button at the top of the video preview page. Then, enter your colleagues’ email addresses to give them access to your generated video, so they can view it and leave comments directly.

Leave comments

Both workspace members and guest users can leave comments on generated videos, making it easy to gather feedback and collaborate with anyone involved in your project.

Please note that comments are time-stamped to help the project owner identify which part of the video each comment refers to. To adjust a comment’s time stamp, simply move the video to the section the comment applies to.

Mentions

Use the @ symbol to mention colleagues in your comments and replies. Anyone mentioned will receive an email notification about the comment thread.

Comments filtering

Use the filter icon to sort comments by version and choose whether to display open, resolved, or all comment statuses.

Email notifications and opt-outs

Email notifications on comments will be automatically sent to the project owner and users mentioned in the thread. Also, emails notifications will be sent on thread replies to the user who initiated the thread.

Users can turn off comment email notifications in Workspace Settings → Preferences by disabling the Members activity toggle.

To stop receiving email notifications for a specific project, click Turn off notifications for this project at the bottom of the notification email.

If you’ve unsubscribed and wish to receive notifications again, click the bell icon in the comments section, then under Comments notification, select Everything.
