Brand Kits are available on the Enterprise plan.
Brand kits help ensure your video content aligns with your company’s branding by applying custom text styles, color palettes, logos, and avatars. Using a brand kit keeps your videos visually consistent, polished, and easily recognizable—even without an in-house designer—saving both time and resources.
Brand kits and their permissions are managed at the workspace level, allowing all users within the workspace to edit them.
Components
Logos | Upload a horizontal and vertical logo for use with light backgrounds, and a negative logo for use with dark backgrounds. |
Font styles | You can define multiple text styles. By default, there are three title fonts and three body fonts, but you can add more as needed.
For each text style, you can customize the default size, font weight, as well as letter and line spacing.
If you or your team have uploaded custom fonts to your workspace, they will be available for selection from the dropdown menu. |
Font colors | You can define a variety of colors to use across your font styles, giving you flexibility in maintaining your brand’s look and feel.
|
Background colors | You can define multiple colors and gradients to use as backgrounds for your screen recordings and slides.
You have the option to select a default background color for screen recordings and a separate one for slides. Note that you can choose the same color to serve as the default background for both. |
Create a new brand kit
Navigate to Assets > Brand Kits and click Add new brand kit.
Name your brand kit.
Upload your company logo.
Configure your headings and body styles under the Typography section.
Specify your font colors and the default font color to be used in your slides.
Specify your background colors and / or gradients.
Set the default colors or gradients to be used for your screen recordings and slides.
Click Save to finish setting up your brand kit.
Delete a brand kit
You can delete a brand kit, but note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Go to the Brand Kits page (Assets > Brand Kits).
Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the brand kit you want to remove.
Select Delete to permanently remove the brand kit.
If any of your projects are using that brand kit, you’ll receive an alert before proceeding. You can still choose to delete the brand kit. In this case, your projects will remain unaffected, but they will no longer display the brand badge.
Editing and Updating Brand Kits
To edit a brand kit, navigate to Assets > Brand Kits and click on the brand kit you want to modify.
Note:
Changes made to a brand kit will not automatically be reflected in the videos that are already using it.
When a brand kit used by a video has been updated, you’ll see a red dot in the hamburger menu next to the video title.
Applying a Brand Kit
To apply a brand kit to your video—or to switch to a different one—open the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner of the editor. Then, go to the Brand Kit submenu and select the brand kit you want to use.
Applying a brand kit will automatically replace any existing colors, fonts, and logos in the video with those defined in the selected brand kit. Once applied, a brand badge will appear next to your project’s name, indicating that the video is using the brand kit.
You can still customize brand colors and font styles in your video. However, if you choose a color or font that isn’t part of the brand kit, the project will lose its brand badge.
If needed, you can always click Reapply in the hamburger menu to restore the brand kit settings.
You’ll also have convenient access to your brand colors, fonts, and logos directly within the editor’s settings panels.
