Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Section
Open the Cut tool.
Move to the part of the video containing sensitive information.
2. Add a Blur Mask
Click on the Blur tab located at the lower left corner of the screen.
Click the Add Blur button. A blur mask will appear.
Position and resize the blur mask to completely cover the sensitive information.
3. Adjust Blur Timing
Carefully set the start and end points of the blur segment so that the sensitive data stays hidden for the desired duration.
4. Preview Your Blur Effect
Move the playhead to the start of the blur segment.
Press the
SPACEBARto preview and ensure the blur effect covers the sensitive data adequately.
5. Adding Multiple Blur Masks
To blur multiple areas at the same time, simply click the Add Blur button again.
Each new blur mask will share the same start and end times as your original blur mask, but you can position and resize each individually.
Removing Blur Masks
Move the playhead to the point in the video where the blur mask appears.
Select the blur mask you wish to remove.
Press the
BACKSPACEkey to delete the selected blur mask.
That's it! You've successfully managed blur effects for sensitive data in your video.
